All of our products are carefully inspected and sanitized before shipment.

We do not offer exchanges or returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@astraeastudio.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will process an exchange or refund with provided documentation/photos of the damage.
